Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2017

Patrick Roy’s awesome 1995-96 Montreal Canadiens game-issued Koho Revolution goalie pads were all set to go but never got the opportunity to see active duty. According to our consignor these were the last set of pads made for the Hall of Fame goalie to wear with the Habs but he never got to wore them after he was traded to the Colorado Avalanche on December 6, 1995. This spectacular pair of Koho Revolution game-issued pads in the Canadiens’ red, white and blue colors and the distinctive style St. Patrick used during his fateful final season in Montreal is very nicely preserved in near pristine condition other than a scuff on the rear inside edge at the bottom of the right pad.
