Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
Founded in 1998 as an affiliate of the New York Islanders, the Lowell Lock Monsters played in the AHL until 2006, when the club was then purchased by the New Jersey Devils. We have a Lock Monsters jersey that was worn by Patrick DesRochers in 2002-03. SP labeling and a Pro “60G” size tag sit along the collar, with SP and AHL crests over the reverse bottom hem. Styled with an attractive multi-coloured Lock Monsters team crest with “5th Anniversary” embroidered, the heavy air-knit jersey has been accented with slanted dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with matching alternate crests over each shoulder. A few dark marks are visible near and over the team crest, with a fairly large stick mark over the left elbow. There is also a small gum stain beneath the reverse “3”. The team patch sits over the inside hem, and it denotes the garment as a “Set #1” example, with an LOA to accompany.
