Captain Maurice “Rocket” Richard scored his final NHL goal during the Habs’ four-game sweep of Toronto in the final surrounded by HOFers Plante, Harvey, Johnson, Beliveau, Moore, Geoffrion, younger brother Henri and coach Toe Blake. Offered is the 1959-60 Canadiens Stanley Cup banner that hung from the rafters of the famous Forum in Montreal. Originally purchased for $22,791.00 at the Forum auction, this historic Stanley Cup banner made of thick vinyl measures a majestic 7 feet tall and 3 feet wide. Comes with a Canadiens LOA signed by team president Ronald Corey. Also included is the invoice from the auction along with a Montreal Forum Auction program and bidder’s card.
