Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
An integral component of the Boston Bruins 2011 Stanley Cup championship, netting an impressive 12 points over 25 playoff games, we have a Bruins jersey worn by Milan Lucic during game 1 (June 1st 2011), game 2 (June 4th) and game 5 (June 10th) of the Stanley Cup Finals. A CCM label with “58” size tagging and handwritten “17” is affixed to the collar, with Reebok and NHL crests gracing the back and front necklines respectively. Styled in multi-coloured tackle twill including the sleeve and verso numbers with a gorgeous spoked-B team crest, the white tie-neck also sports matching Bruins alternate patches over each shoulder, and the important Stanley Cup Finals patch over the right breast. Game-wear includes faint burns over each sleeve, most notably the right, with a few spots of paint transfer as well. A MeiGray patch numbered “H09049” has been placed over the inside hem, with a matching LOA to accompany.
