A CHL All-Star in 1981-82, scoring 66 points in just 79 contests as a defenceman, Mike Hordy wore this jersey at the 1982 CHL All-Star Game, and it is accompanied by a pair of 1979-80 and 1980-81 Second Team All-Star plaques and a 1982 All-Star Game souvenir lucite puck. The first CHL All-Star Game played, the extremely large mesh jersey sports Gerry Cosby labeling with “XL” sizing, and measures-out to a size 56. Styled with a rubberized team crest and numbers, stars have been placed over the shoulders, with no nameplate or fight strap. Just light use is exhibited, with a few faint burn marks on the left sleeve. The wooden plaques are both shield-shaped at 6 ½” x 7 ½”, with each featuring an affixed and engraved metal plate with the particulars listed, including the year, “Second Team All-Star”, “Indianapolis Checkers” and “Mike Hordy” (each sports scratches and light wear). The souvenir puck has a CHL logo along with the particulars, including the date of “Feb 2, 1982”. A signed LOA from Mike Hordy will accompany.
