Drafted 16th overall in 1991 by the Pittsburgh Penguins, Markus Naslund spent parts of three seasons in Pennsylvania before a lengthy stay in Vancouver. Naslund would conclude his NHL tenure with a single season with the New York Rangers. From that final campaign in 2008-09, we have a signed Rangers alternate captain's jersey worn during the second period of Adam Graves Night, on Feb 3, 2009. A CCM label with 58 sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests to the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with "Rangers" across the chest in drop-shadow tackle twill, "91" is sewn to the sleeves and verso, with the Adam Graves #9 patch on the right shoulder. "2" is also handwritten to the dual-clasp fight strap. Worn for just the second period, the jersey shows no marks. Both Naslund and Graves have signed within the reverse numbers, with the signatures slightly blending into the background material. A MeiGray patch numbered "F09499" resides on the inside hem, and according to the company's population report, the jersey is a "Blue - Adam Graves Night (Period 2) - Worn 2/3/09 (2nd Period) w/#9 Patch" specimen. A team COA will accompany.
