The Marcel Dionne's Auction - October 2004
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/19/2004
One of three brothers to reach the NHL, Mark Hunter broke in with the Canadiens but was bothered by knee problems, limiting his playing time to 31 games in '82-83, his 2nd of 4 in Montreal. He did recover from surgery though and scored 21 for the Habs 2 seasons later before potting 44 after a trade to St. Louis. This red knit Canadiens road jersey no longer has tagging in the neck but "Maska" is embroidered into the rear hem. Nice game wear with a total of 14 team repairs, 6 on the front, 3 on each sleeve and 2 on the back. Red paint marks are on the right sleeve and on the back hem in the hip region. In excellent condition, this terrific Canadiens sweater will come with a LOA.
