The Marcel Dionne's Auction - October 2004
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/19/2004
Significant Team Canada jersey was worn by Steve Larmer as he starred for the red and white, playing a big part in Canada's 1991 Canada Cup victory. Larmer's 6 goals led all scorers and his 2 goals and an assist, including the game winner in game 2 of the finals against the United States was one of 3 shorthanded he scored. This is the CCM air-knit jersey Steve wore in game 1 of the finals in which he contributed a 2nd period goal. A Maska company tag is in the neck along with a size 52 fly tag. The Team Canada logos are screened-on while "28" on the back and "Larmer" across the nameplate are in tackle twill and sewn-on. Excellent game wear here with dozens of stick/slash marks and paint littering the front, sleeves, back and shoulders. Larmer autographed the half maple leaf on the front in black sharpie. From the personal collection of Team Canada executive Marvin Goldblatt with his signed LOA.
