The Marcel Dionne's Auction - October 2004
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/19/2004
After moving into 2nd place on the NHL's all-time assist and point lists the previous season, Marcel Dionne hit the 1600-point plateau in the Kings' 1986-87 season opener against the visiting St. Louis Blues. Thursday, October 9th was the date as Marcel picked up a pair of assists, helping out on Luc Robitaille and Dave Taylor goals, although St. Louis edged L.A. 4-3. This Kings game puck, a Non-Approved InGlasCo affair, is in beautiful condition and has a piece of white athletic tape on the back that reads "1600 points". One of Marcel's last milestone pucks in a Kings uniform (he was traded to the Rangers later that season), the special treasure will come with his signed LOA.
