The Marcel Dionne's Auction - October 2004
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/19/2004
Following the Los Angeles Kings' failure to make the 1985-86 NHL playoffs, Marcel Dionne once again represented Canada at the World Championships, this time in Moscow. Although his best seasons were behind him, Marcel showed how he had put up staggering career numbers, shooting and passing to the tune of 4 goals and 4 assists in 10 games to help Canada to a bronze medal. The fabulous gold ring Dionne received for his participation has the updated Team Canada logo on the front, surrounded by "Team Canada Equipe - Moscow" in raised letters. The shanks feature "19" and "86" while "10K" is stamped on the interior band. The size 11 ring is in gorgeous condition, showing just a touch of wear. Obtained directly from Marcel Dionne, the fine souvenir will come with his signed LOA.
