This lot features two Peterborough Petes jerseys: Mike Hennessey’s 2009-11 road jersey, a
game-issued piece with no significant game wear, and Adam Timleck’s 2018-19 throwback “1978-79”
game-worn jersey, which was worn in a single game and is signed by the player.
Mike Hennessey’s 2009-11 road jersey is a maroon Reebok jersey, size 52, with an
OHL logo patch on the right breast and an RBK logo patch on the left breast. The RBK logo is
also present on the reverse neckline. The Petes alternate logo appears on both shoulders. The
number 12 is displayed in maroon on both arms and in white on the back. The back nameplate
features “HENNESSEY” in white. The jersey exhibits no significant
game wear and is offered as a game-issued example, it is possible it was worn in one or two games. Notably, a shorter former
nameplate is visible beneath the current “HENNESSEY” nameplate. Hennesey played 3 games for the team in the two seasons he was there, in 2009-10 and 2010-11. A fight strap is affixed
inside the jersey.
Adam Timleck’s 2018-19 throwback “1978-79” game-worn jersey is a beige Catstitch jersey,
worn during a single game as part of the Petes’ Alumni Homecoming event. It features a CCM
logo on the reverse neckline, an OHL logo patch on the right breast, and a CCM logo patch on
the left breast. The jersey includes an alternate captain’s “A” on the left breast and the 2018
Maple Leaf PTBO design on both shoulders. The number 18 is displayed in gold over white
numerals on both arms and on the back, with “TIMLECK” in gold on the back nameplate. Game
wear includes a board burn on the right sleeve and additional board burns on the left sleeve.
The jersey is signed in black marker by Adam Timleck, with his number “8” autographed at the
top of the back. A fight strap is affixed inside the jersey.
