Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction February 2025
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/18/2025
Playing almost 300 games in the Pacific Coast Hockey Association and another four (4) games in the National Hockey League, Bobby Rowe would suit up for teams such as the Renfrew Millionaires, Victoria Aristocrats, Seattle Metropolitans, and Boston Bruins over the course of his career, winning a Stanley Cup in 1917 with the Metropolitans, the first US team to win the coveted prize. Offered here, we present this copy of Rowe's 1911-12 Imperial Tobacco C55 rookie card that has earned a mark of VG 3 for its effort after assessment by PSA. Retaining good colours and centering with corner and edge wear that remains on the lighter side of things, the card is housed in a PSA holder that presents with some scratches and scuffs over both sides that are worth mentioning for accuracy.
