Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction February 2025
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/18/2025
Dubbed "The Brockville Cannonball" and a member of the Stanley Cup winning Ottawa Senators in both 1909 and 1911, Kerr would play professional hockey until 1920, playing in the Pacific Coast Hockey Association with the club in Victoria from 1913 onward after being lured out of retirement by Lester Patrick. Offered here, we present this copy of Kerr's 1911-12 Imperial Tobacco C55 rookie card. Having been assessed a grade of VG 3 for its effort after inspection by PSA, the card displays with overall good colours while sporting dirty surfaces, edge/corner wear and a bit off-center. Housed in an overall good condition PSA holder that shows scratches/scuffs over both sides, don't miss out on this one for your vintage portfolio.
