A 49-goal scorer with the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1988-89, Rob Brown was still putting the puck in the net when he wound up his pro career in his second stint with the Chicago Wolves. Brown had 33 points (seven goals, 26 assists) in 25 playoff games when the Wolves won the Calder Cup in 2001-02, their first season in the AHL after moving over from the IHL. AHL patches are sewn on the back of the neck and the right rear tail of Brown’s game-worn Wolves jersey, which is either from that Calder Cup championship season or the 2002-03 season, Brown’s pro swan song. Wolves puffy patches are sewn on both shoulders and size 54 flag tag hangs below the SP tagging in the back of the neck. The front tail exhibits black marks and light pilling, with board burns on both sleeves and black marks on the left sleeve. SP patch is sewn on the rear tail.
