The home of the National Hockey League's Pittsburgh Penguins for a total of forty-three (43) seasons from their inception in 1967-68 to the end of the 2009-10 campaign, Mellon Arena would host its last Penguins game on May 12, 2010; a 5–2 defeat at the hands of the Montreal Canadiens to eliminate them from the 2010 Stanley Cup playoffs in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals. The host of the 1997 NHL Entry Draft as well as games of the 1991, 1992, 2008, and 2009 Stanley Cup Finals, offered here is this complete Pittsburgh Penguins season ticket set from the final season played at the building dubbed by Penguins faithful as "The Igloo". Including tickets from all forty-one (41) home games played at the arena during the regular season as well as sixteen (16) playoff game tickets as well of which seven (7) were actually utilized, each ticket measures 3" x 6 1/2" and displays Penguins imagery as well as date, time, opponent, seat information and price. Also displaying the game number over each, all the included pieces making up the set remain in an overall excellent condition state, showing just light wear from handling to the edges, corners and surfaces to make you aware of. Having been detached from their accompanying ticket booklets, all are housed in a booklet with photo album like two (2) pocket pages for safe keeping.
