The first European goaltender to lead the NHL in GAA, Dominik Hasek earned considerable awards and accolades throughout his HOF career, and sports the highest career saves percentage in history. A six-time Vezina winner, Hasek also hoisted the Stanley Cup with Detroit in 2002 and 2008. Also suiting up for the Czech National Team on numerous occasions throughout his storied career, including at the 1998 Winter Olympic Games in 1998 where the Czech Republic won gold on the back of his stellar goaltending, offered here is this Team Czech Republic pro on-ice style jersey of the style worn at the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics that has been signed by Hasek. Made by Nike, a brand label displaying a size "54G" designation is affixed to the inner collar while the company's "swoosh" logo is in place over the right breast and back of the collar. Featuring an IIHF logo crest over the reverse hem, the front of the patriotic red, white and blue offering is decorated with a Czech Republic team crest that features embroidered details throughout its entirety. Styled over the sleeves and verso with Hasek's number "39" in dual layer red outline-over-white tackle twill numerals, "Hasek" is spelt out in single layer white twill letters across the affixed red twill nameplate at the top of the reverse. Featuring pro on-ice elements including a fight strap and reinforced elbows on the interior, the remains of a heat-pressed on Nike Team Sports barcode are seen inside the reverse hem. In overall excellent condition other that a couple of small marks and fabric snags throughout that overall don't detract from the eye appeal of the jersey itself, the Hasek has signed through the "9" on the reverse with a large blue marker ink signature that displays without issue and has added an inscription reading "OH-Nagano 1998" in matching ink that displays in the same condition through the top of the "3". An AJ Sports World hologram has been affixed to the bottom of the "9" on the reverse that is worth mentioning for accuracy.
