Drafted 2nd overall by the New York Rangers at the 2019 NHL Entry Draft, Kappo Kakko has played every one of his three hundred (300) National Hockey League games played in New York's red, white and blue colours thus far. A product of TPS in his native Finland who won Liiga's rookie of the year award in 2019, Kakko has represented his country on a few occasions so far in his career, winning gold medals on every occasion, including at the 2019 IIHF World Championships in which this stick hails from. A CCM Ribcore model with "Kakko" factory graphics over the upper shaft, the stick retains its original white tape job over both the handle/knob and blade. Having had Kakko's number "24" penned to the bottom of the handle tape in black marker ink, the stick shows just light game-wear via few small marks over the lower shaft and puck marks over both sides of the blade. Additionally, Kakko has signed over the forehand side of the blade tape with a silver marker ink signature that displays with lightness and the sniper has added an inscription reading "2019" in matching ink.
