Enjoying a four (4) year collegiate career with the Bowling Green State University Falcons and a short stint in the ECHL upon its completion, James Unger would also play a pair of seasons in the USHL before going to college as part of the Topeka Scarecrows from 2001 to 2003. Offered here, we present this Scarecrows "Military Night" jersey worn by Unger during his time with the team. Made by OT Sports and sporting both brand and size "56" labels affixed to the inner collar, an OT Sports logo patch has been added over the reverse hem also. Sporting a sublimated desert camo design throughout its entirety, the front of the garment is decorated with a Scarecrows team crest in sublimated twill while matching U.S. Army patches, also done in a sublimated twill style, have been placed atop of both shoulders. Styled over the sleeves and verso with Unger's number "15" in single layer white twill numerals, "Unger" is spelt out in single layer white vinyl letters that have been heat-pressed on at the top of the reverse. Retaining its fight strap on the interior and signed by Unger through the "5" on the reverse with a black marker ink signature that shows fading, the jersey shows game-wear via things such as stick marks, board burns and coloured board paint transfer marks.
