The National League rookie of the year in 1951, Willie Mays is a twelve-time Gold Glove Award winner, with his twenty-four (24) All-Star Game appearances a three-way tie for most all-time. Suiting up in 157 of San Fransisco's contest's during the 1964 MLB season, Mays would post a slash line of .296/.383/.607 to go along with a league leading forty-seven (47) home runs. Finishing the season fourth (4th) in the National League standings, three (3) games back of the eventual World Series champion St. Louis Cardinals, offered here is this copy of Mays' 1964 Topps card. Found in its original raw ungraded form, the card presents in the range of EX to EX-MT for its effort after all these years, displaying slightly off-center from left-to-right and sporting very slight dings to the points on the left side of the card.
