An absolute powerhouse squad, loaded with future HOFers, the Ottawa Senators battled Toronto for the NHL title in 1920-21. After defeating the St Patricks handily 7-0, the Sens met and beat the Vancouver Millionaires in the Stanley Cup final 3-2. This rare French language postcard features seven members of the Stanley Cup champion Senators - with each a member of the Hall of Fame! Composite portrait images of Sprague Cleghorn, Clint Benedict, Eddie Gerrard, George Boucher, Jack Darragh, Frank Nighbor and Cy Denneny flank the Stanley Cup, with "Ottawa Senateurs" and "Champions du Monde". The postal reverse is clean and untouched, with the postcard showing just very light corner wear along with some silvering to the images. This might be the best surviving example of this spectacular postcard.
