A five-time all-star from 2016-2020 and the Vezina Trophy winner for the 2015-16 season, Braden Holtby would backstop the Washington Capitals to a Stanley Cup championship in 2018, the first in franchise history. Originally a product of the WHL's Saskatoon Blades who was drafted 93rd overall by the Capitals at the 2008 NHL Entry Draft and helped the AHL Hershey Bears to a Calder Cup championship in 2010, offered here is this Washington Capitals signed pro-stock Holtby jersey that dates from the 2014-15 season. Made by Reebok, both "Goalie Style" and size "58" labels are affixed to the inner collar while the crest of both the NHL and Reebok have been added over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Decorated over the front of the jersey with a throwback Capitals team crest that includes "Washington" embroidered into it and "Capitals" spelt out in single layer tackle twill letters, alternating red and blue twill stars have been sewn on over the upper chest and down both sleeves while Washington's 40th anniversary crest has been added atop of the right shoulder. Styled over the sleeves and verso with Holtby's number "70" in dual layer blue-over-red tackle twill numbers, "Holtby" is spelt out in matching style letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the reverse. Retaining a fight strap on the interior and signed by Holtby over the lower reverse with a black marker ink signature that displays without issue, the jersey remains in good condition with no flaws to notify you of other than some small spot stains over the sleeves and body.
