A five-time all-star from 2016-2020 and the Vezina Trophy winner for the 2015-16 season, Braden Holtby would backstop the Washington Capitals to a Stanley Cup championship in 2018, the first in franchise history. Originally a product of the WHL's Saskatoon Blades who was drafted 93rd overall by the Capitals at the 2008 NHL Entry Draft and helped the AHL Hershey Bears to a Calder Cup championship in 2010, offered here is this AHL Bears jersey donned by Holtby during the 2011-12 season on October 30th, 2011 against the Binghamton Senators, which was Hershey's annual "Pink in the Rink" night for breast cancer awareness. Made by Reebok, brand/AHL, "Goalie Style" and size "58" labels are all affixed to the inner collar while additional Reebok wordmark patches appear over the reverse neckline and hem respectively. Also having had an AHL league crest sewn on over the reverse hem, the front of the jersey, which sports a pink paint splatter design throughout its entirety, is decorated with a Bears team crest that features embroidered details throughout. Styled over the sleeves and verso with Holtby's number "1" in dual layer black-over-silver tackle twill numerals, "Holtby" is spelt out in single layer black twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the reverse. Retaining its fight strap on the interior, the jersey, worn in only a single game, shows just light game-wear via a single puck mark in the area of the left elbow.
