Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction November 2024
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 12/3/2024
From his spectacular rookie season in 2018-19 as the Calder Memorial Trophy winner with 66 points scored in just 71 games, we have the puck used by Elias Pettersson to score the first goal of his very first NHL hat trick, on Jan 2, 2019 vs Ottawa at Canadian Tire Centre. Scored at 15:26 of the second with Brock Boeser and Alexander Edler assisting, it was Pettersson's 20th of the season and his career. The Canucks would go on to beat the Senators on the road, with Pettersson's third goal of the match the winner in overtime. The Official Game Puck which shows light use sports an NHL logo on one side and Senators team logo on the other, with tape added along the side with "Jan 2. 2019 Van #40 15:26 2nd". An Ottawa Senators numbered hologram has also been affixed over the NHL logo. This is an exceptional piece of memorabilia for any Canucks or Pettersson fan.
