This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 12/3/2024
An important component in the historic chain of legendary Beantown defenders that includes Eddie Shore and Bobby Orr, Ray Bourque would play 21 seasons in Massachusetts before winning a Stanley Cup in his final NHL campaign with Colorado. We offer a Bruins Throw Back The Clock jersey and 1983 NHL All-Star jersey both signed by the superstar. The Bruins jersey is by Mitchell & Ness with 52 sizing and tackle twill "B" crest and numbers, with the NHL 75th anniversary crest to the right breast. Bourque has signed the reverse numbers in silver paint pen, adding "HOF 04", "19 X All-Star" and "5 X Norris Trophy Winner". The 1983 All-Star jersey is by CCM with XL tagging and "Wales" diagonally across the chest in individual drop-shadow tackle twill, with "Bourque" and "7" to the reverse in matching material. Ray has signed the reverse number in gold paint pen, with the signature blending into the background somewhat. Both jerseys have PSA numbered holograms affixed, with matching COAs to accompany.
