Playing much of his professional career in Europe and the AHL, Yann Sauve was drafted by Vancouver in 2008. Seeing action in 5 games for the Canucks in 2010-11, Sauve was with the Chicago Wolves for two seasons beginning in 2011-12. This signed Wolves Cancer Survivor jersey was worn by Sauve in 2011-12 and was later auctioned by the club for charity. Made by Reebok with 56 CCM sizing, the jersey features a tackle twill Wolves crest and white twill sleeve and verso numbers, with a survivor patch on the right shoulder and alternate crest on the left. There is also an AHL crest to the reverse hem. Light wear is exhibited with a few dark marks and small burns to each lower sleeve. Sauve has signed the reverse number in black marker. Accompanied by uniform socks in matching style, one sock has a few marks from game-use. There is also a photo of Sauve wearing this jersey signed in black marker. An LOA from the Wolves is also included.
