An NHL All-Star in 2024, Elias Lindholm was drafted 5th overall by Carolina in 2013. The talented centreman is the youngest Swedish-born player to score an NHL goal. From his first of six seasons in Alberta, we have a photo-matched Calgary Flames jersey worn by Lindholm in both away games played by the team in the 2018-19 Stanley Cup playoffs vs Colorado, in Game 3 on April 15th (6-2 loss) and Game 4 on April 17th (3-2 OT loss - Lindholm scored his first career playoff goal while wearing this jersey, at 3:25 of the second period on the power play). Made by Adidas, a band displaying both “Made in Canada” and a size “56” designation appears along the inner collar while the crests of the NHL and Adidas adorn the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring flag patches for the Province of Alberta and Canada residing over the shoulders, the front of the jersey has been decorated with the flaming “C” team crest in both fabric and layered tackle twill. Sporting number “28” in tri-layer tackle twill numerals over the sleeves and verso, “Lindholm” is spelt out in red-over-black tackle twill letters across the affixed nameplate on the upper back. Worn for just two contests, there are a few marks over the lower front and a large board burn to the left sleeve. Getty Image #1137831253 (Game 4 Western Conference first round, April 17, 2019) has been matched to the extended black thread at the bottom right of the second "L" in "LINDHOLM" on the nameplate, and to the extended white thread visible on the black striping band near the seam on the left sleeve. This image shows Lindholm celebrating with the bench after scoring his first career playoffs goal. The team patch resides on the inside hem, with "28" handwritten to the fight strap along with "3" for Set #3. An LOA from the Flames will accompany this playoffs jersey.
