Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction September 2024
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/24/2024
Dominating older players while a youth in junior hockey with both his physical abilities and scoring prowess, Eric Lindros scored 67 points for the St. Michael's Buzzers in 1988-89 before embarking on parts of a trio of skill-building seasons with the Canadian National Team. This signed stick was used by the superstar during his pre-NHL days with the Canadian National Team. A Titan model with most of the graphics blacked-out, "E Lindros" is stamped to the upper shaft, with the original black tape over the blade and red gauze-over-black on the shaved handle. Just light to moderate use is exhibited, with wear to the underside blade and some surface chipping to the lower shaft. There is also tape residue to the upper shaft from this stick being taped together with others. Lindros later added a silver ink signature to the lower shaft along with "HOF 16" and "Game Used". Hailing from his personal collection, a signed LOA from the Eric Lindros will accompany.
