Originally drafted 122nd overall by the New Jersey Devils at the 1995 NHL Entry Draft, Chris Mason would go on to play in 317 National Hockey League contests over the course of his career, suiting up with Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta and Winnipeg. A product of the Prince George Cougars of the WHL who won a gold medal with Canada at the 2007 IIHF World Championships, offered here is this Blues jersey worn by Mason during the 2009-10 season. Made by Reebok and displaying both "Goalie Style" and size "58" labels affixed to the inner collar, logo patches for the NHL and Reebok have been added over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Decorated over the front of the jersey with a familiar Blues team crest that features embroidered details, the sleeves and verso have been styled with Mason's number "50" in stacked tri-layer tackle twill numerals while "Mason" is spelt out in single layer white letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the reverse. Retaining its fight strap on the interior, the jersey shows overall light-to-moderate game-wear via some puck marks over the front, light red post paint transfers over both elbows, pilling at the end of each cuff, a small board burn/yellow paint transfer mark over the left elbow and a small mark at the left side of the collar. Also showing pilling on the interior as well as a team stamp reading "Set 2 - 12/27/09 BRG" that is heat pressed inside the reverse hem, the jersey has been photo-matched with Getty Image #95785114 (January 14th, 2010 vs Minnesota) to the loose white thread at the top of the Reebok crest over the reverse neckline. A Byron's Hockeyland LOA will accompany the piece.
