One of the most collected franchises in the hockey and coming up on nearly a century of existence in Manhattan, the New York Rangers have won a total of four (4) Stanley Cup championships throughout their illustrious history. Offered here, we have this collection of Rangers hockey cards totalling thirty-seven (37) with all dating between 1951-52 and 1954-55 and released by Canadian company Parkhurst. Including cards from the Parkies releases of 1951-52 (7), 1952-53 (10), 1953-54 (12) and 1954-55 (8), the group of cards from 1951-52 includes the like of 90-Evans RC, 91-Buller RC (crease), 93-Raleigh RC, 95-Ronty (crease), 96-LaPrade RC, 97-Mickoski RC and 99-Stewart RC with the overall condition range around VG to VG-EX. For the 1952-53 cards, included are those of; 19-Slowinski, 20-Hergesheimer, 21-Stanley (crease), 22-Rayner (crease), 23-Kraftcheck, 57-Dickenson RC, 97-Stoddard RC, 98-Buller, 99-Raleigh (defect/paper missing on the lower left corner edge area) and 102-McLeod (defect/paper missing on the lower left corner edge area) with the cards presenting in the grade ranges of G, VG and VG/EX with a few possibly making it to EX. For the cards from the 1953-54 release, included are those of 54-Evans, 55-Bentley, 56-Bathgate RC, 60-Stoddard 61-Kullman, 62-Mickoski, 63-Ronty, 64-Stanley, 65-Reise, 66-Guidolin RC, 67-Hergesheimer (hit mark lower right corner) and 68-Raleigh with the group in nice mid-grade uniform condition with a few cards in slightly better state as well. Finally, for the cards from 1954-55, present is the cardboard of; 68-Raleigh (small hit mark/crease on the bottom middle edge), 69-Chrystal RC, 70-Howell, 71-Hergesheimer (hit mark on the top middle edge), 72-Evans, 73-Henry RC, 75-Mickoski (pair of defects on lower edge) and 76-Murphy RC with the overall condition of the group around VG-EX to EX. Additionally, also included with the card is a 1929 WA & AC Churchman Sports and Games in Many Lands "Ice Hockey - Canada" card.
