With a history going back to 1966, the hockey team of the Finnish sports club Kuusamo Pallo-Karhut plays in the North Region of Finland's III-divisioona tier while junior and women's team also represent the club in competition as well. Having played as high as Finland's "Suomi Series", the 3rd highest level of play in Finland, offered here is this Kuusamo Pallo-Karhut (KaPa) jersey that dates from the era of the late-1970s and/or early-1980s. a heavy knit construction garment made by Finnish company Kisapuku Oy, a washed out brand label is affixed to the inner collar while a heavily faded size label that just barely displays a size "50-52 M" designation has been added over top of it as well. Decorated over the front of the jersey with a sewn on twill with heat screened details Kuusamo Pallo-Karhut team crest, a "Hartwall" patch has been added over the lower front while "Koillissanomat" is screened on above the crest in blue letters. Also showing a Kisapuku Oy logo over the right breast, matching sponsorship logos have been added atop of both shoulders while "Kuusamon - Osuuspankki" is screened on in blue letters underneath the numbers. Sporting a design over both sleeves as well as the hem, the sleeves and verso have been styled with the number "24" in dual layer blue-over-black drop-shadow tackle twill numerals. the jersey shows heavy game-wear throughout via things such as stick marks, board burns, pilling inside and out, unrepaired cuts/holes, coloured board paint transfers and some minor discolouration in spots.
