Leading the Spokane Chiefs of the Western Hockey League to a Memorial Cup championship in 1991, Trevor Kidd would go on to play in a total of 387 National Hockey League games over the course of his professional career with the likes of the Calgary, Carolina, Florida and Toronto after being drafted 11th overall by the Maple Leafs at the 1990 NHL Entry Draft. Also having represented Canada on numerous occasions, winning gold at the 1990 and 1991 IIHF World Junior Championships as well as silver at the 1992 Winter Olympic Games, offered here is this stick used by Kidd as a member of the Florida Panthers during the 1999-2000 season of play. A Brian's Altralite Series twig in a primarily red colourway with "Kidd" factory graphics over the shaft, the stick retains its original white cloth wrapping over the handle/knob as well as a large portion of white grip tape over the upper portion of the paddle and bottom of the shaft where the stick would be held in Kidd's hand. With the heel and blade painted black over both sides and having had a single wide piece of black tape added to the bottom of the blade on the forehand side, the stick displays good game-use in the form of puck marks over the upper shaft and soiling of both the hand grip and handle/knob tape, the black painted areas of the blade also show light wear via marks and abrasions as well as light paint loss on both sides that is worth mentioning for accuracy.
