Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction February 2025
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/18/2025
Everybody’s Irish on St. Patrick’s Day, and the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins certainly were for one home game during the 2021-22 AHL regular season. With green shamrock patches outlined in orange sewn on each shoulder, Filip Hallander’s AHL Penguins “St. Patrick’s Day” jersey is the one he wore during the baby Penguins’ game against the Utica Comets on March 19, 2022, as stated in the team LOA that accompanies it. Hallander signed in bold black marker in the middle of the “5” sewn on the back in white and orange double twill. Surname is spelled out in white twill letters sewn on the nameplate. Size 54 flag tag hangs below the CCM AHL tagging in the back of the collar, and a gorgeous Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins team crest in white, green and orange is sewn on the front. AHL patch is sewn on the rear tail and the CCM rubberized logo is to its right. CCM logo on the back of the neck is also rubberized. No obvious game wear on this beautiful single-use St. Patrick’s Day game-worn jersey.
