Made by Reebok, a lone size "56" label is affixed to the inner collar while the crests of both the NHL and Reebok adorn the front and reverse necklines respectively. Decorated over the front and shoulders of the jersey with a trio of Sharks team crests that all display embroidered details throughout their entirety, the NHL's Centennial Season patch that was worn by all the league's team's throughout the year after January 1st is in place over the right sleeve. Styled over the sleeves and verso with Haley's number "38" in dual layer white-over-black tackle twill numerals, "Haley" is spelt out in matching style letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the reverse. Retaining its customized shortened fight strap on the interior and sleeves that have been taken in to Haley's liking, a Sharks team tag denoting the jersey as being a "2016-2017" season offering and displaying the period of time it was worn between is heat-pressed inside the reverse hem.
