The first overall pick of the 1992 NBA Draft by the Orlando Magic, Shaquille O’Neal would go on to a nineteen (19) year career in the National Basketball Association, suiting up for Orlando, Los Angeles, Miami, Phoenix, Cleveland and Boston over that timeframe, winning NBA championships on four (4) occasions to go along with individual accolades including the 1999–2000 Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award; the 1992–93 NBA Rookie of the Year award; fifteen (15) All-Star Game selections, three (3) All-Star Game MVP awards; three (3) Finals MVP awards; two (2) scoring titles; fourteen (14) All-NBA team selections, and three (3) NBA All-Defensive Team selections. A gold medalist with Team USA at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta and inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2016, offered here is this pair of shoes worn by O'Neal as a member of Miami Heat during the 2005-06 season. Dunkman Shaq model kicks in Miami's red, black, white and yellow colours, "Shaq" is embroidered into the tongue of each shoe while his personal logo appears over the outside of each shoe as well as over the base of the tongue and lower reverse. Having had his number "32" embroidered into the heel of each shoe, both retain their original laces but are missing the insoles. Coming in at a massive size "22", Shaq has signed over the toe area of each with silver marker ink signatures that display without issue despite some very minor smudging. Displaying just very light use through some minor scuffs, marks and abrasions as well as minor cracking to the leather in spots, the shoes hail from the personal collection of former NBA star and current NBA/NCAA analyst Marc Jackson, who received the shoes directly from O'Neal himself, and are accompanied by his signed LOA as well as a JSA Auction LOA for the signatures.
