Playing a year of North American junior hockey with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the Ontario Hockey League in 2017-18, Rasmus Sandin would be drafted 29th overall by the Toronto Maple Leafs at the 2018 NHL Entry Draft and has gone on to play a total of 227 games in his young National Hockey League career thus far, split between Toronto and the Washington Capitals. Offered here, we present this Maple Leafs jersey worn by Sandin during his rookie season of 2019-20. Made by Adidas, a band displaying both "Made in Canada" and size "56" designations is affixed to the inner collar while the crests of the NHL and Adidas adorn the front and reverse necklines respectively. Decorated over the front of the chest with a Maple Leafs team crest that has had "Toronto Maple Leafs" embroidered into it, the sleeves and verso have been styled with Sandin's number "38" in single layer white tackle twill numerals while "Sandin" has been spelt out in matching style letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the reverse. Marked on the first strap with a "1" in blue marker ink to denote it as a first set example, a Maple Leafs "2019-20 Season" team tag that is serial numbered "J-0086" is heat-pressed inside the lower reverse and is accompanied by a matching Maple Leafs COA. Showing game-wear via board burns over both sleeves plus the lower front and reverse, the interior of the garment shows light thread fraying/pilling over both sleeves. Regarding the photo-match, the jersey is matched with Getty Image #1179862469 (October 7th, 2019 vs St. Louis) to the board burns in the area of the right elbow.
