A product of Michigan State University who went undrafted in his draft year, Bryan Lerg would play a total of eight (8) National Hockey League games in his professional career, all with the San Jose Sharks and split over the course of two (2) seasons. A veteran of over 400 games in the American Hockey League, offered here is this AHL San Jose Barracuda jersey worn by Lerg while serving as the team's captain during the 2015-16 season. Made by CCM, brand/AHL plus size "56" labels are affixed to the inner collar while CCM logo patches reside over the reverse neckline and hem respectively. Also sporting an AHL league crest over the reverse hem, the front of the jersey has been decorated with a Barracuda team crest that displays embroidered details throughout while the distinguished captain's "C" is in place over the left breast. With a San Jose Sharks team crest found over the left shoulder and a Barracuda alternate logo patch over the right shoulder, the sleeves and verso have been styled with Lerg's number "11" in dual layer white-over-black tackle twill numerals while "Lerg" has been spelt out in matching style letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the reverse. Retaining its fight strap on the interior, the jersey displays game-wear via stick marks over the front, board burns over both sleeves, team repairs over the left sleeve, more board burns and an unrepaired cut over the reverse hem and light pilling on the interior.
