The 58th overall pick of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft by the Nashville Predators after playing his junior hockey with the Ontario Hockey League's Kitchener Rangers, Nick Spaling would go on to play a total of 437 games over the course of his career in the National Hockey League with the likes of Nashville, Pittsburgh, Toronto and San Jose. An OHL champion in 2008 with the Rangers and a gold medalist with Team Canada at the 2016 Spengler Cup, offered here is this AHL Milwaukee Admirals jersey worn by Spaling during the 2008-09 season. Made by Reebok and sporting both AHL/RBK and size "56" labels affixed to the inner collar, a pair of Reebok logos grace the reverse neckline and hem with the latter of the two (2) also accompanied by an AHL league patch. Decorated over the front with an Admirals team crest that sports embroidered details, a Milwaukee Brewers "ball-in-glove" logo patch sits over the right breast. Displaying matching alternate logo crests atop of both shoulders, the sleeves and verso have been styled with Spaling's number "13" in either dual-layer or tri-layer tackle twill numerals while "Spaling" is spelt out in dual-layer black-over-blue tackle twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the reverse. Retaining its original fight strap on the interior as well as a MeiGray patch inside the reverse hem, the jersey shows game-wear via numerous fabric snags throughout the lower front and both sleeves, board burns and coloured board paint transfers over both sleeves and finally, small unrepaired cuts/holes over the area of the right elbow. Also showing good pilling on the interior of the arms, the jersey comes accompanied by an autographed photo of Spaling and a MeiGray LOA.
