A veteran of 444 games played in the National Hockey League, goaltender Patrick Lalime dressed for five different NHL clubs throughout his career, before heading upstairs to the broadcast booth after his playing days. Hailing from a season in which played in 57 games between the pipes for the Ottawa Senators and registered 25 wins, offered here is this Sens jersey worn by Lalime during the 2003-04 regular season that has also been photo-matched! Made by Koho, both “Goalie Style” and size “58” tags are affixed to the inner collar while the logos of Koho and the NHL appear over the reverse neckline and hem respectively. Decorated over the front with a Senators team crest that features embroidered and textured details, alternate logo patches reside over each shoulder while the memorial patch that Ottawa wore following the passing of Roger Neilson has been added over the right breast. Accented Lalime’s number “40” over the sleeves and verso in dual layer tackle twill numerals, “Lalime” is spelt out across the affixed matching nameplate in single layer white twill letters at the top of the reverse. Exhibiting good game-wear, puck marks are present over the front and both sleeves with clusters of team repairs gracing the front of the jersey as well, including a large one around the edge of the team crest. Also showing pilling at the end of both cuffs, small amounts of red post paint transfer is seen over both elbows and a small board burn graces the area near the left elbow as well. Also showing more dark marks on the reverse, the interior of the jersey retains its original fight strap and displays good pilling in the arms. Having had a MeiGray tag numbered "B06887" sewn inside the reverse hem, the company's population report lists the jersey as a "Red 2nd Regular Season" set offering. Accompanied by a matching MeiGray LOA, the jersey has been photo-matched with Getty Image #52309598 (Undated) that shows a match to the various puck marks in the team crest and over the left sleeve.
