Drafted 99th overall by the Nashville Predators at the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, Juuse Saros, a product of HPK in Finland, has gone on to become one of the best goalies in the National Hockey League as evident by his selection to the NHL All-Star Game in both 2022 and 2023. Also having represented his native Finland in numerous international tournaments throughout his career thus far at both the junior and senior levels, winning IIHF World Junior Championship gold in 2014, offered here is this stick wielded by Saros during the 2022-23 season. A True Hzrdus PX model twig with "Saros" factory graphics over the upper shaft, the stick retains its original tape job of white over the handle/knob that is finished at the bottom with a single wrap of clear while white cloth remains around the blade as well. Exhibiting good game-use via puck marks throughout the paddle and shaft, chips are also present over the graphics on the forehand side of the paddle while red post paint transfers are found on the backhand side of the knob tape also. Displaying puck marks over both sides of the blade tape and a crack going the width of the paddle on the backhand side just above the heel, Saros has signed over the heel on the forehand side with a silver marker ink signature that shows some smudging. A Classic Auctions LOA will accompany the piece.
