Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction April 2024

A battle of nations, the 1976 WHA All-Star Game took place at the Cleveland Coliseum on January 13th, in front of over 15,000 fans. The Canadian All-Stars, which consisted of players from the five Canadian Division teams, fought the United States All-Stars, which consisted of players from the nine teams in the Eastern and Western Divisions. The Canadians were triumphant, taking the victory 6-1, with Real Cloutier scoring the hat trick for the mighty maple leaf. This full ticket was produced for the match, and it has been signed by HOF legend Bobby Hull. At approx 2 3/4" x 6 3/4" and sporting a $5 listed price along with a small photo of what is most likely the 1975 WHA All-Star Game, Hull has signed the ticket in blue marker, with the crisp and bold signature perfect. There are three holes punched - most likely to show admission, with the ticket otherwise showing just light wear.
