Named the Western Hockey League "Player of the Year" in 2013-14, Sam Reinhart would be drafted 2nd overall that summer by the Buffalo Sabres at the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. Having played with both Buffalo and the Florida Panthers in the National Hockey League, Reinhart was named to the NHL All-Star Game in 2024 and has also represented Canada at both the senior and junior levels of play, winning gold at the 2015 IIHF World Junior Championship and 2016 IIHF World Championship. Hailing from the 2017-18 season in which he posted twenty-five (25) goals and fifty (50) points, offered here is this stick used by Reinhart. A CCM Ribcore model twig with "Reinhart" factory graphics appearing over the upper shaft, the stick retains its original tape job of ribbed black over both the handle/knob and black over the blade while a "The Sabres Store" price sticker is affixed over the one side of the upper shaft as well. Of note, a notation reading "PHI" is penned over the reverse side of the handle tape in silver marker, indicating the stick is from games played on either December 14th, December 22nd or January 7th. Tacky to the touch over the entirety of the shaft, the stick exhibits light game-wear via a few marks and abrasions throughout the shaft, lower shaft and heel while additional marks and stick wax are observed over both sides of the blade tape as well.
