One of Motor City’s all-time greatest, Steve Yzerman spent his entire career with the Detroit Red Wings, registering over 1,700 points including almost 700 goals and helping lead the Red Wings to three Stanley Cup Championships. Hailing from the late-1990s when the Red Wings were winning back-to-back Stanley Cups in 1997 and 1998, offered here is this stick used by Yzerman. An Easton T-Flex void of any Yzerman identifiers over the shaft, the upper shaft sports "100 Stiff" graphics while "Yzerman" is stamped over the stem of the inserted Easton blade. Retaining the Motor City captain's original tape job of red cloth-over-white on the handle/knob, which has had Yzerman's number "19" penned to it at the bottom of the front side in black marker, the blade remains covered by its original black wrapping. Exhibiting good game-wear, puck marks are observed over both sides of the blade tape and additional dark marks are present in the area of the heel and blade stem as well. Also showing some light wear to the tape on the bottom edge of the blade, it is also worth pointing out that a few small/light marks and abrasions are present throughout the length of the shaft as well.
