Registering six 100-point seasons throughout his Hall of Fame career, Joe Sakic possessed one of the greatest wrist shots in the game, and earned a number of awards including the Hart Memorial, Conn Smythe and Lady Byng on top of two Stanley Cups. Moving with the Quebec Nordiques to Colorado for the beginning of the 1995-96 season and winning his first Stanley Cup in the team's first season in "The Mile High City", plus another in 2001, Sakic would also win gold with Team Canada at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, scoring the pivotal game-winning goal that demoralized the Americans and secured Canada’s first Olympic gold medal in half a century. Inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2012, offered here is this "Triple Memorabilia" card of Sakic that hail's from Panini's 2013-14 National Treasures hockey release. Featuring an action image of Sakic over the left side of the card and his elegant blue marker ink sgiantrue that displays without issue alongside it, three (3) swatches of material cut from a Avs jersey worn by Sakic during his career have been embedded into the front of the card. Still in its original raw ungraded form and featuring a serial number in silver foil that reads "03/10" along the upper right edge, the card displays in excellent condition overall with just light wear to the corners and edges that is worth noting for accuracy.
