Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction November 2024

Beginning his NHL career with numerous seasons in Montreal, PK Subban was traded to the Nashville Predators in 2016, and after three seasons in Tennessee, was traded again to the New Jersey Devils. This Predators jersey was worn by the five-time All-Star in 2018-19, specifically in the March 30, 2019 match vs Columbus (Subban had an assist in the game). Produced by Adidas with “56” sizing over the collar band, NHL and Adidas crests are present on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with an attractive Preds team crest with embroidered detailing, “76” appears over the sleeves and verso, with an alternate crest over the right shoulder and "Subban” across the affixed nameplate. Worn for a single contest, the jersey exhibits just a few board burns to the lower right sleeve. We should also note that the jersey was never washed, and does have a distinct odor of body sweat. As there is no real game-wear that would be washed out of the jersey, we see no issues with the winning bidder having the jersey dry-cleaned. There is a MeiGray tag numbered "R03522" on the inside hem, and according to the population report, the jersey is a "Gold - March 30, 2019 - In Arena Auction" specimen. An LOA will accompany.
