Happy Day is a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame, and he passed away in 1990; an intriguing life in hockey and an intriguing card are to tell you about here, with Owen Sound, Ontario native Clarence "Happy" Day described on the back of this 1955-56 Parkhurst card as "connected with the Leafs longer than anyone else". Day played 11 seasons with the Toronto Maple Leafs and finished his career with the New York Americans. The back of the card mentions that Day was also an NHL referee, coached the Leafs in 1940 and won five Stanley Cups with the club. The signature on this card is PSA/DNA certified "Authentic", the card is not graded but is also deemed "Authentic" by PSA.
