Starring on the Toronto Leafs blueline for several seasons, Borje Salming was a six-time All-Star, enshrined in the HOF in 1996. The back of the card reads, “Although he didn’t get much attention at first, Borje quickly developed into a legitimate contender for the rookie of the year honors in the National Hockey League last season”. Offered here is a 1974-75 Topps #180 signed rookie card of Salming.
A first-round pick in both the NHL and WHA drafts of 1973, Lanny McDonald made his NHL debut for the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1973-74. He spent considerable time with the blue and white before a trio of seasons in Denver with the Colorado Rockies. McDonald would conclude his HOF career in Calgary and serve as one of the most beloved Flames in history throughout his eight seasons with the club. Offered is a 1974-75 Topps #168 signed rookie card of McDonald.
Both signatures have received a "Beckett 10 Autograph" grade and the cards are sold as signed cards only and were authenticated by JSA/Beckett for the signatures only.
