Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction April 2024
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 4/30/2024
Both the NHL scoring champion and a Stanley Cup champ two years before appearing on his rookie cards, Harvey “Busher” Jackson was one of the top left wingers of his era and a mainstay in Toronto with the Leafs and a flashy member of the Kid Line, the Toronto Maple Leaf trio that dominated the National Hockey League in the 1930s. Along with big Charlie Conacher and the slick-passing Joe Primeau, Jackson established himself as a star on the left wing with his flair and wicked backhand. The 1933-34 Canadian Gum Jackson checks in here in attractive VG-EX+ 4.5 form from the graders at SGC, and the 1933-34 Hamilton Gum is graded a VG-EX 4 by the graders at SGC.
