Mike Bossy is perhaps the most natural goal scorer the game of hockey has ever seen and his .762 goals-per-game percentage remains unmatched even today. His passing in 2022 at just 65 years old devastated the hockey world. The O-Pee-Chee card is graded EX-NM 6, while the Topps is graded NM 7 by the graders at SGC.
Denis Potvin, a four-time Stanley Cup champion, is the longest-serving New York Islanders captain in franchise history. During his tenure, Potvin was widely regarded as one of the best blueliners in the NHL, with three James Norris trophies won and being the first defenseman to score 1,000 career points. This rookie card is graded NM 7 by the graders at SGC.
Bryan Trottier stepped into the lineup of the New York Islanders at 19 years of age for the 1975-76 season and registered 32 goals and 63 assists for 95 points during his rookie campaign, winning the Calder Memorial Trophy as the league’s best rookie. Trottier won four Stanley Cups with the Islanders and two with the Penguins. This rookie card is graded EX 5 by the graders at SGC.
