Demonstrating his goal scoring prowess early, Dino Ciccarelli netted 55 goals in just his second NHL season in 1981-82, and would score a total of 608 over the course of his storied career. Inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2010 after playing a total of 1232 games in his National Hockey League career with the likes of the Minnesota North Stars, Washington Capitals, Detroit Red Wings, Tampa Bay Lighting and Florida Panthers, offered here is this stick used by Ciccarelli during his rookie era in the NHL in the early-1980s while skating with the North Stars. A Canadien made 6001 model twig with "Ciccarelli" stamped to the upper shaft, the stick retains its original tape job of white cloth wrapped around both the shaved handle/knob and blade while the date stamp that once graced the underside of the lower shaft has worn away with time. Displaying a factory production stamp over the underside of the lower shaft instead, the stick has had a now dried gripping agent applied over the length of the shaft and displays game-use in the form of marks and abrasions throughout the length of the shaft as well as over the lower shaft and heel areas while puck marks grace both sides of the blade tape as well. Sporting a bit of light wear to the bottom of the blade, a screw or nail hole is present though the middle of it, likely from mounting, that is worth mentioning for accuracy.
