A seventh-round pick by the New York Islanders in 1989, Brett Harkins made the most of his only season with the IHL Houston Aeros in 2000-01, scoring 16 goals and leading the IHL team with 64 assists and 80 points in 81 games.. Harkins, who played 78 NHL games with Boston, Florida and Columbus during his 15-year pro hockey career, has signed his navy blue mesh 2000-01 Aeros gamer. His black marker autograph sits at the top of the red twill of right “4” of the double twill No. 44 sewn on the back in the same material as the numbers sewn on the sleeves. OT and size XXL flag tags hang in the back of the collar and the Whataburger sponsor’s patch is sewn on the right breast. A black mark runs through the top of the left “4” on the right sleeve, and there are small black marks on both of the numbers on the left sleeve, and a tiny board burn on the back of the left elbow. Fantasticly detailed Aeros crest is sewn on the front over the sublimated star pattern and an OT patch is sewn on the right rear hem. Comes with an Aeros LOA.
